MEP Manager:

• Responsible for: MEP Design, Engineering work and quality control for MEP services, MEP Maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares budgetary cost advice for all work elements of the Project;
• Review enquiries Issues to suppliers/subcontractors and bid summaries preparations review letter of intent.

• Monitors and pursues the receipt of all drawings and documents from the Consultant

• Ensures that the technical documentation is properly produced, reviewed,controlled and submitted in accordance with the Project specified requirements.

• Ensures that the Client’s requirements are fully and correctly understood, and are effectively communicated to the Project Team.
• Ensures that technical targets required by the Client are attained
• Maintains detailed records of technical developments and variations.
• Organizes meetings with the Consultant’s staff as is necessary, in order
• to interpret technical contract requirements or variations to those equirements correctly.
• Ensures that construction programs allow reasonable time for the
• completion of design and approval procedures
• Progress the design changes required by the Project Team and the
• Client to take advantage of more economical construction methods and alternative suppliers.
• Monitor the coordination of all material and drawing submittals and related documentation.
• Monitor the coordination of preparation of As-Built Drawings and O&M Manuals.
• Monitor material submittals to the Consultant.
• Lead and coordinate in-house and subcontracted design works and the associated design development.
